One fine day in Oxford

Folks, it's really been ages since my last post. Many things surely have happened, but, you know, I can't say I have a very busy life. Just I have addicted to a habit, that not so quite interesting. So, I've missed a passion in posting my stories.

Anyway, a few months ago,  we went to Oxford. Surely, Oxford is one of magnificent cities in England, particularly in the historical building and its famous University of Oxford.

Kring...kring..gowes..gowes!!

Well, it's been a year since my late post. How are you doing, guys? Hope everything was alright.
I was too lazy to make a new post since I work, well, just because I was a bit exhausted after work (a kind a excuse, huh!!).

Anyway, 2013 has got a sunny and lovely summer ever since we lived in this peaceful town. A couple days before Ramadan, an 18-hours fasting during summer in northern hemisphere, we cycled at Southampton Common and Riverside playground. Kids were really joyful, back and forth riding the bikes. Parents, you know well that we love eat, enjoyed the picnic meal while chatting and taking some pictures! Alhamdulillah :)

We've been to Windsor

At the beginning of this year, we have been to Windsor Castle, where is the oldest and the largest occupied castle in the world and the official residence of the queen of UK. It is located in the English county of Berkshire. We started our journey by train at St. Denys train station to Windsor Eton and Central train station.

Near the train station, there is an old train named the Queen. Windsor Royal Shopping and others shops also located near to the train station, so you can shopping around and take a rest while drinking a cup of coffee. Fortunately, we got accommodation at Travelodge where situated next to the station, thanks to pak Iwan Syarif who gave us free accommodation there.
There are a lot of interesting places we can visit beside the castle such as The Long Walk, Theatre Royal, The Eton Collage, and the River Thames.
